Processing Time

All artwork is made to order. Please allow 4-8 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. I currently ship to USA using USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you live outside the US and would like to make a purchase, reach out to me at TiffanyBatesArt@gmail.com

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic orders: 3-7 business days
International orders: 10-30 business days (please note that customs processing times may vary).

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details at TiffanyBatesArt@gmail.com. I will assess the situation and provide a replacement or a suitable resolution if applicable.

Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to their order. I do not control these charges and cannot predict their cost.
